BASIC CHARACTER INFORMATION/HISTORY:

1. a. BattleTag: Convict#1874

    b. Character Name:  Radalias

2. Class: All tank classes. Main is currently monk.

3. Current Server: Proudmoore

4. Primary Raiding Spec (if you have a raid-viable off-spec, let us know): Tanking, I'm also currently raiding in a weekend guild as a DPS as a little fun extra thing to do, though got asked to tank for a few weeks so logs are bleh on it.

5. Give us a link to your armory while logged out in PvE equipment:

6. What is your raiding experience? Currently 8/9 mythic, Jaina should die this week as I make this post, here's hoping. Past raiding experience below -> v

7. What guilds were you previously in? Under what circumstances did you leave?

I've been in 3 previous guilds, I joined end of WoD at the very end of HFC. First raiding guild was called Bobalicious on darkspear, very casual guild, cutting edge in HFC, Legion EN & Nighthold before I decided / got enticed by words of hope for another guild on my realm, heavenly divine, we were going strong for realm 1st in ToS until Mistress, then guild ended up dying on that wall which lead to me getting a trial in my current guild, Don't Laugh At My Giraffe - Proudmoore. At the beginning, we we're doing pretty good, top 100 US without a problem, as of recent our rankings have been getting worse, a lot of internal problems imo currently and while I do enjoy the people, which saddens me about leaving, majority of them are now just raid-loggers, don't do much in the game outside of raiding so I barely see any of them now-a-days.

INFINITY REQUIREMENTS CHECK:

8. Our standard raid schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 8PM ET to 11PM ET.  If you are unable to maintain 90% raid attendance please inform us. Excessive absences and/or being late will result in loss of spot and/or removal from guild. Discord, a Microphone, and a Boss Mod are required in Infinity raids. Understood?

100% understood, Tues-Thur times are my current main guilds timing. Sunday won't be an issue, I'll just have to also leave or amend my position in my weekend guild. As a tank, I understand the importance of my role and especially attendance.

PLAYER PERFORMANCE:

9. Link your detailed rankings from Warcraftlogs.

I'm also adding my DK logs, I brought him to Mekkatorque hence my monks lack of that boss because the group wasn't consistently handling the robots with just one grip and multiple knockbacks, so decided to just bring him in over my RLs call just to make the fight easier.

10. Provide a screenshot of your UI in a raid environment.  Screenshot & My Twitch with some vods hopefully added.

11. Describe a "recent" raid boss that demonstrates how you exceed the requirements of your current role (DPS/Healing/Tanking). This may involve using a special spec, a non-standard rotation, or non-standard gear/glyphs.

Honestly, I can't really think about a boss where what I did was special or unique. I play whatever tank is the most op, flavor of the month tank, to give us the best and/or easiest ability to prog faster through raid. I started my pally when I first joind HFC -> mid Nighthold until I decided I wanted to start bringing in my monk over my pally against my RLs wishes, which resulted in us having a much easier time for majority of the bosses, in the specific instance I switched it was Krosus in NH where the magic damage was simply melting my paladin but when I decided to finally just switch to my monk it wasn't an issue in the slightest, when high tolerance was more the norm for monk I played it and when combo turboed into high gear from the triple relic, I swapped, and I spent time on my own practicing and figuring out the optimal rotation for fights, and still continue to occasionally theorycraft on my own and compare myself to a multitude of other tanks higher ranked than me, back in ToS, I brought my druid for a couple dozen pulls on KJ because at the time the roar was needed for guild members to figure out the fight, when it wasn't needed anymore and more damage was needed, I swapped back to my monk, when a grip was needed I swapped to my DK, etc.

The TL;DR, there isn't a specific raid boss that demonstrates how I exceed the requirements of my role, I try my best to play what I can, to the best of my ability and multiclass every tank so at the drop of a hat if we need a specific class to have an easier time for a boss, even if it shaves 1 less wipe off that kill, I will put in the time and effort to make sure I can do that for the raid. To this day, I think I've only missed one week of +10s for all 6 of my tanks, I got them to the point where if any of them needed to get brought into raid, they could almost instantly.

PERSONAL RESPONSES:

12. Age: 24

13. Gender: Male

14. How did you hear about Infinity?

Just via browsing wowprogress, seeing that you were looking for a tank honestly.  I'm in a couple discords with players from guilds like happy accidents (though they're dead now apparently), Vision, Vodka, Club Camel, WCG (wherever they are now)  They told me it's near impossible to get into top ranked guilds as a tank, majority are officers, RLs, GMs, trusted friends of the guild, or are dps that are filling in the tank role - so I have a strong understanding of making this app.

15. Why do you wish to join Infinity and what convinces you that you would be a good addition to Infinity? What sets you apart?

I wish to join Infinity because, as the next question states; it's an old guild, a family/friend-like atmosphere, but not only that, it's a highly ranked guild, you prog at a very good steady pace, and are consistent. I want to log in at the end of work or school with people wanting to be on and doing stuff, whatever that stuff may be. keys, alt raids, I enjoy collecting stuff, even though I suck I enjoy pvping and how angry I make my 2 other partners, yah know.  I think I'd be a good addition to Infinity, because I feel like I share the same attitude and wants from the guild, the biggest reason being, I think I'd be a good addition for the raid team.  I can't really say what would set me apart from other potential apps, I'm just a guy wanting a guild to hangout and chill with, do end-game related things with and occasionally poke fun at my friends from being in a top ranked guild.

16. This is an old guild with a family/friend-like atmosphere. It is important that we get to know you, so tell us a little about yourself.

I'm 24, starting my second year for my CPA the school life. Working full time as an accounts payable clerk at an office job but also a semi-manager of work for the entire accounting apartment, hard to explain, but basic bitch work essentially for all the different sections in accounting. Love gaming, waiting for cyberpunk 2077 to come out so i can no-life it for oh idk 1000 hours in the first month or so.  Aside from gaming, school & work, there's not much else to it since I don't have the time for anything else atm.

Unfortunately we have decided to deny your application. We are no longer seeking a tank for upcoming progression. Thank you for your interest in Infinity, and best of luck in your guild search.
